Fresher - Recruitment (Prepare job specs, Post jobs in portals, blog and newspapers, Shortlist candidates, interview, negotiate, hire, induction etc.)
So you will be responsible for full recruitment life cycle.
Manage Appraisals
Manage and arrange trainings for employees
Schedule seminars, campus interviews with colleges and Universities
Arrange and manage employee development activities and programmes
Regularly Participate in Company blog and encourage employees to do the same
Work on employee personality development
Get feedback from employees about work load, company expectations, discipline etc.
Help us for PR activities
Improve trust level among employees.
Help us build better work culture
Enforce company policies, suggest new policies or amendments

Punctual & Displined - because you will be training employees for these things too.
Proactive and take initiatives
Excellent communication skills
