US IT Recruiter/Senior US IT Recruiter

Infoeweb Inc. New York for their Kolkata office is looking for A+ players with a track record of placing technology consultants and good professional networking ability. Right personnel will be working with US recruiting/consulting operations.

The individual is required to be competent in all aspects of the recruiting process.

•A heavy emphasis will be on placing contract IT talent with our US client base. The ideal candidate must be well versed in sourcing IT talent, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers.
•Experience working in a very fast-paced group under pressure
•Have ability to manage several requirements concurrently
•At least 3 years of recruiting experience in India for US based Companies is a plus
•Strong Communication, Presentation and Writing ss. Adept in MS Office.
•Knowledge and experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional is a plus.
•Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field from an accredited college or university and Four to five years of work experience related to IT Technical recruitment and Writing is a plus
•Demonstrated ability to multitask and address the needs of multiple clients.
•Aptitude for assimilating new concepts quickly and the ability to keep pace in a rapidly-changing IT landscape
•Desire to stay abreast of cutting-edge developments, trs and innovations in IT
