It offers a complete range of services for the planning, design, and delivery of interior environments.
It has recently bagged a project with a Telecom client for designing their offices Pan India. The project duration would be ranging from 3 months to 6 months depending on the location office size.
Position Description:
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting to: Regional Lead - Projects
Qualification: B Arch / BE Civil / BE Mechanical / Diploma in Civil / Diploma in Architecture
Job Duration: 3-6 months.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Construction planning and control
2. Coordination between design and construction
3. Quality monitoring
4. Project management of projects with respect to onsite execution especially interior finishes,
5. Ensuring and maintaining timelines as per the project schedule
6. Vendor & consultant coordination
7. BOQ checking and monitoring cost
8. Checking tender and construction related documentation,
9. contract administration
10. Site Logistics & Construction management
11. Reporting & documentation including schedule monitoring and material tracking
12. Project Closeout including handover documents from vendors & snag list completion
