Job Details
Fresher - Handling inbound calls
Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
Ensure one time call resolution
Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required

Candidate Profile
Freshers to 2 years of experience in any Voice based process
Excellent Verbal Communication
Active listening and probing slkills
Sound understanding of MS office Excellent Communication skills
Good Analytical Skills
