Management Trainee (Projects) 4 - - 1 - 10000/ 12500 Per Month (consolidated stipend) 1st / 2nd year 28 Yrs Degree in Electrical/ Electronics & communication /IT Engg. With at least 70% for General & 60% for reserved category from a recognized University / Institution. MBA or PG Diploma in business management will be desirable.
2 Management Trainee Finance/HRD 1 1 - - - 10000/ 12500 Per Month (consolidated stipend) 1st / 2nd year 28 Yrs Degree in Art/Science /Commerce with 55% (50% for reserved posts) marks with MBA (Finance / HRD) with 60% (50% for reserved posts) marks from a recognized University / Institution.

UR/OBC applicants shall submit their applications along with Demand Draft for Rs. 200/- (Rs. Two Hundred Only) shall be drawn in favour of BECIL, New Delhi. Cheques and IPO’s will not be accepted. No fee shall be payable by SC/ST/PC candidates.
