TORRY HARRIS PAPER ON 7th APRIL AT LUCKNOW
hi friends my name is sumit singh .i m the student of GREATER NOIDA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY , greater noida recently i faced a off campus of torry harris company
finally i got place in thbs on 08/04/07 in lucknow.basically it was open campus so probability of selection was very less. the test paper consist of two tests
first test there were 20 questions n time allocated was 20 min.(NO NEGATIVE MARKING)
1st round-written test very difficult there was 20 question in 20 minutes.i remembered some question
1) 2 simple ques on probability(difficult)
2) 4 ques on profit and loss (very difficult)
3) 4 ques time and work(share)
4) 2 ques on time and distance
5) 2 ques on simple interest
i wana sugest u all use rs agrawal u hv to maintain time bcause 20 min is very less 1st do prob ques and 10 solid ans is enough for clearing 1st round but if u have ashish agarwal,s quick arithmethic then it helps u a lot .
in lucknow 453 student cleared 1st round out of 7500 candidates
then after that they take a logical reasoning test they give us 12 question which we have to do in 20 minutes they r easy if u well prepared from rs agarwals puzzles specially after that they announced a result after 1 hour and i m selected in this round also after they told us to come 2morrow sharp 9 am for interview
in second round 114 students cleared out of 453 candidates
now ur 3rd round is interview since i m student of ec they ask frm me only frm data structure and i explained him very clearly arrays and searching are there important topics
and finally im selected out of 114 candidates they finally selected 52 and i m the lucky one of 52
