Job Responsibilities: Conducting individual and team skills gap analyses, developing & conducting technical training courses for various levels professionals (beginners, intermediate and advanced). Developing & conducting behavioral training courses like Leadership, Time management, Communication etc. for NCB Employees, Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style training.
